Fraudsters posing as legitimate carriers: what to do when clients are facing a ‘phantom carrier’ situation and are unable to trace the location of the goods. In such cases, timing is crucial to protect the client’s interests, and counsel must act promptly. Lawyers with any legal background will leave this session with practical insights.
